Devin's gift didn't come in the mail today. Supposed to be here tomorrow, but that's still lame. Cause his birthday is tomorrow!

We met with the doctor this morning. It was good. We found out some very good/positive information.
He (along with everyone else) felt the need to make sure that I understood that I shouldn't be super set on how the birth should go. Like don't get upset if things don't go the way you are wanting them to. Holy Hannah! I know, I get it, lay off already. Just because I'm a first time mom doesn't mean that I'm completely ignorant and uninformed. Sheesh.

We still don't have a diaper bag or the cloth diapers that we need, cause they are both a little bit expensive. I'm slightly freaking out about this fact, cause she could seriously be here in just a couple of weeks if she wanted to.

Devin is going to be such a good daddy, a cute one too. His sales are picking up a little, so that's good.

Last weekend we didn't get to go out on a date, so I just make some spaghetti for dinner. It was nice, but I still wish that we could go out more. However, we did get to spend some time with our cousins Kristi and Jeff. We watched a cute movie. I don't remember the name, but it was good. Plus it was really nice to have some friends over. So it was a great weekend.

  1. The last weeks are soooo long!
I have a good friend who cloth diapered, her suggestions to me when I was going to do it was buy a few different brands to try them out, and another friend said to get the sprayer that attaches to the toilet line so you can spray them off right there. I can't remeber what the best brand of cloth diapers where that I was recommended but they are expensive. I was told to wait until they were about 6 weeks to start serious cloth diapering so the stress is down and you are in a routine.
And just so you know, no matter how informed you are they always treat first time moms like that, I remember feeling totally annoyed with it, good news is by the time you have your 3rd they leave you alone and with your 4th you practically have to beg for help from them. They just figure if you have more than two your body knows what to do.
    Good luck!
